This notice comes to you from HFC Human Resources.

All benefits-eligible HFC employees must enroll for benefits for 2021 during the Open Enrollment Period that begins next Monday, Nov. 16, and ends Monday, Nov. 30.

You must re-enroll, even if you do not wish to make changes to your benefits from 2020. If you do not sign up for benefits before midnight on Nov. 30, you will not receive benefits in 2021.
