Professional Development Guidelines

Per the SSA collective bargaining agreement, a Professional Development Fund has been established to pay for expenses for SSA members for:

- External conferences/seminars

- Travel related to off-site conferences/seminars

- Tuition/fees associated with certifications/licenses

- Tuitions/fees reimbursement for courses successfully completed ("C" or better) in an accredited four (4) year degree program.

The committee, which consists of three (3) SSA members and an administrator from HR, meets three (3) times a year and will be meeting to review applications for reimbursement for expenses incurred during the 2020 Winter Semester. 

If you have not already done so, please submit your application to the Office of Human Resources by Friday, May 15, 2020.   A copy of the application form and guidelines are attached for your convenience.
