Professional Development Fund Reimbursement Guidelines and Form

Per the SSA collective bargaining agreement, a Professional Development Fund has been established to pay for expenses for SSA members for:

- External conferences/seminars
- Travel related to off-site conferences/seminars
- Tuition/fees associated with certifications/licenses
- Tuitions/fees reimbursement for courses successfully completed ("C" or better) in an accredited four (4) year degree program.

The committee, which consists of three (3) SSA members and an administrator from HR, meets three (3) times a year and will be meeting to review applications for reimbursement for expenses incurred during the 2019 Winter Semester. 

If you have not already done so, please submit your application to the Office of Human Resources by Wednesday, May 15, 2019.   A copy of the application form and SSA PD Guidelines is attached for your convenience.
