Volunteer Opportunities - June 16 and June 23

GleanersWe are looking for volunteers to assist with the launch of the Hunger Free Summer Kick-off and Vacation Station a pop-up summer camp on Saturday, June 16th! Volunteers needed for a variety of tasks including registration, games, food distribution, set-up and take down.To learn more and register to volunteer, please go to http://specialevents.gcfb.volunteerhub.com/On Saturday, June 23rd, Kroger will be hosting the first ever Ride Out Hunger Charity Ride to benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank. The event will start at the Brighton MotorCity Harley Davidson location, the riders will participate in a Poker Run stopping at 5 different Kroger Stores along the way. The best hand will win a prize. The event will end at the Farmington Hills MotorCity Harley Davidson with a party including music, food, drink and lots of fun. Volunteers needed to help with registration and at the end of the ride party.
