If you have any coursework or workshops you have attended during the Winter 2018 semester, but have not yet been reimbursed for, please send your request for reimbursement form to the Human Resources Office to my attention, no later than Friday, May 11, 2018.Please use the attached Professional-Development-Guidelines_April2018 and Professional-Development-Fund-Application_April2018As a reminder, please ensure your transcripts are included indicating the grade you received for the course, along with a detailed invoice showing the fees you were charged and paid for in full. The SSA Professional Development Committee will not be able to consider your request for reimbursement without these items attached to your application.Thank you,Lori SteinbachHuman Resources GeneralistPhone:  (313) 845-9692
