Health Advocacy Service for Henry Ford College Employees

In August, your Human Resources team at HFC announced a new service for all benefits-eligible employees and dependent family members.  In order to provide a more personalized experience for your health care and insurance-related services, HFC has engaged a service called Health Advocate Solutions.How it benefits youHealth Advocate Solutions provides you with 24/7 access to a Personal Health Advocate, who is typically a registered nurse. Your Advocate, with support from physicians and benefits and claims specialists, will assist you and your dependents with:

• Finding a doctor and hospital
• Medicare questions
• Answering benefit and claim questions
• Scheduling appointments
• Explaining test results and treatment options
