All Members Must Participate InOpen Enrollment for 2017 Benefits From November 4 through November 11, 2016

Open enrollment for your January 2017 through December 2017 Benefits will open on Friday, November 4, 2016 at noon and run through 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016.

If you will be out-of-town or away from work, and will not have access to the internet during this time frame, please make arrangements with Lori Steinbach (HR) in advance to ensure you are enrolled.

****Please note, even if you are opting out of coverage, or continuing your same coverage, you still need to participate in open enrollment****

To make your elections, please log into BenExpress at www.benexpress.com/hfcc . You may also place the URL into your Smart Phone and enroll with your mobile device. There is not an App to download, you must physically place the URL into your internet page on your SmartPhone.

You will be prompted to enter your username and password. Your username will be the first initial of your first name and then your complete last name. For example, my name is Lori Steinbach, so my username would be LSteinbach. If you do not remember your password, there is a link at the sign-in prompt to click on and reset your password.

The entire process should take you approximately five minutes.
