SSA Relief/Development Opportunities

Per Article 7 of the HFCC-SSA bargaining agreement, the Office of Human Resources will maintain lists for Association positions such that additional work hours are offered to unit members prior to other contingent workers.Employees interested in any of the relief/development opportunities, must submit the attached form professional opportunities form_Dec2015 to the Office of Human Resources by December 4, 2015. Position: Building Operator - East CampusRequirement:  A high pressure boiler operator's license issued by the City of Dearborn.Position: Building Operator - Main CampusRequirement: A high pressure boiler operator's license and a first class refrigeration license issued by the City of Dearborn.Position: College Store -Accounting AssociateRequirement: Must possess an associate's degree in accounting and complete required training if they have not previous worked in the College Store.Position: College Store - CashierRequirement: Must possess passing scores on customer service test and experience cashiering. Employee must complete required training if they have not previous worked in the College Store.Position: Custodial LeaderRequirement: Must possess a passing score of 76% or better on custodial test. Demonstrated experience in the successful cleaning of school buildings. Experience supervising/directing the work of other personnel preferred.Position: CustodianRequirement: Must possess a passing score of 76% or better on custodial test. Demonstrated experience in the successful cleaning of school buildings.Position: GroundsRequirement: Must possess a valid and current State of Michigan chauffeur's license. Must have ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended period of times, often adverse climatic conditions. Must also have ability to operate trucks, snow plows, tractors, power movers and other power equipment used in grounds keeping.Position: Grounds LeaderRequirement: Must possess a valid and current State of Michigan chauffeur's license.
