Open enrollment starts at noon on November 9, 2015. To make your elections, please log into BenExpress at www.benexpress.com/hfcc. You can also place the URL into your Smart Phone to enroll using your mobile device. There is not an App to download, you must physically place the URL into your internet page on your Smart Phone.You will be prompted to enter your user name and password. Your user name will be the first initial of your first name and then your complete last name. For example, Lori Steinbach, so the user name will be LSteinbach.
