Wrapping up negotiations! ***UPDATED***

As was announced at the September general membership meeting, we are wrapping up the contract. We are waiting for our lawyer to look over the contract, and barring any issues, you will have a copy in your office mail box Wednesday, October 3, 2012. We will be having an informational meeting on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM and a second informational meeting at 3:00 PM in the Forfa Auditorium with voting starting at 11:00 in Rosenau C and ending at 5:00.Take the time to look over the contract. Per our By-Laws, we have to make it available to all employees 48 hours before the vote, but we are doing one better, giving members well over the required 48 to review the tentative agreement prior to the Saturday vote. Any questions or issues should be brought up at the informational meeting on Saturday.We are very excited, as this is a completely new contract for our members which includes many things that we have been asking for, but never received. We look forward to seeing you on October 6, 2012.
