Do you need to take advantage of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)? HFC is now partnering with Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, based in Philadelphia, to assist full-time employees at HFC in obtaining FMLA status and managing their claims.
All HFC employees with an existing FMLA claim must contact Reliance Standard via Matrix Absence Management to create an account and to report hours (if applicable).
This information will help you file a short-term disability claim or FMLA claim. HFC employees may also access the eServices Mobile app, which can help you file an FMLA claim to stay on top of your leave of absence.
