Per Article 7 of the SSA collective bargaining agreement, the Office of Human Resources will maintain lists for Association positions such that additional work hours are offered to unit members prior to other contingent workers.
o Bookstore – Cashier/Accounting Associate
o Building Operator – East Campus
o Building Operator – Main Campus
o Facilities Leader
o Facilities Associate
o Grounds Leader
o Shipping and Receiving Associate/Logistics Associate
o Welcome Center functions limited to working graduation, concierge duties and scanning/document imaging for those employees currently in the Scanning Clerk job title.
In order to be placed on an appropriate list, employees must meet the minimum qualifications or complete required training for the respective position.
