Change of Practice for Article 17 – Excused and Unexcused Absences as of 6-1-19.

The attached letter outlines the current contract language for excused/unexcused absences. The HFC Human Resource office has been excusing absences due to a past practice that was done in error by a former HR employee. This letter serves as notification (from HR) effective 7/1/2019, that they will be adhering to the current contract language.
